Ich obsługę ułatwia dowolne zdefiniowanie filtrów, wyszukiwanie, edycja danych i śledzenie statusów.

The essential function of the system is generation of labels of foreign couriers. Our way of creating them is unique because we generate them ourselves, independently from courier IT systems. This allows for better performance and certainty of label generation.

The system contains up-to-date information about the returns accepted by us. They are entered to the system by our employees not later than one day after. The location of the return is shown in the form of its status.

The email notification module can be easily configured depending on many possible events in the system. Information about them can be sent the defined e-mail addresses of the seller himself (alerts, e-invoices, status of complaints) or directly to buyers (after generating the label or in case of courier problems with delivery). The content of the message can be freely edited.

Any questions or complaints about shipments and returns can be reported directly within the system. Our customer service department will solve any problems sent that way in quickest and most accurate way. You can also add attachments to the messages.

We have prepared a useful module to create invoices for foreign buyers. It allows configuration of seller data, VAT rates, numbering and invoice language. As part of the template, you can set your own logo in the form of a graphic file.
