How does it work
We ship to Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. We offer the best delivery times, significantly reducing their costs. The buyers from Germany, France and Poland can receive the product within 48 hours after ordering.
Together with the shipping services we realize returns from foreign buyers. They can send the product back to an address of their country of origin – the same from which they received the parcel. The system can generate a return label so that the recipients do not incur costs.
The buyer orders the product using the online store or a sales portal, like Ebay or Amazon.
2. Data input to our system
Order data is added by the seller to GOGLOBAL24 system: manually, with CSV import or with integration.
3. Label generation
In our system, the seller generates the label of a foreign courier. As a part of the service, we provide shipping and return address in the buyer’s country.
4. Packing and labelling
The seller packs the product and prints and sticks the label.
5. Shipping to GO24
Then he puts all the parcels to a bulk shipment and sends them by his own courier or delivers personally to our location in UK.
6. Verification in GO24
After receiving the parcels in GOGLOBAL24, we verify each foreign shipment in terms of size and weight. We confirm the acceptance of the order and update the status in the system.
7. Transport to DE, UK, FR, AT, ES, NL, BE, IT
Every day we transport parcels to destination countries: Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy.
8. Shipping with domestic courier
Then we deliver parcels to a local courier company or post office – the leaders of the domestic delivery market.
The buyer receives the ordered goods.
10. Decision to return
After receiving the product, the buyer may decide that he wants to return it.
11. Packing and labelling
The buyer packs the product and sticks the label that he received from the seller in an email or the parcel itself (free return) or a label of the domestic courier he chose (return at the buyer’s expense)
12. Return shipping
The buyer sends the parcel in a local parcel-shop of the domestic courier.
13. Acceptance of the return
We accept the return shipment at our location in the buyer’s country and enter the data from the label into the system.
14. International transport
Return shipments from Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy are transported to the headquarters in Poland.
15. Temporary storage
In our logistic centre we have prepared shelves for each of our partners. There, returns are waiting to be sent to their warehouses in UK.
16. Sending returns back
In accordance with previous arrangements, we ship parcels with returns, to partner’s warehouse in UK. We can send shipments once, twice or three times a week, or after an email message.
How much is it
We deliver our shipping and return handling services to buyers from Poland, Germany, Great Britain, France, Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium and Italy through our local points. As a result, buyers in these countries can be served in the same way as by the local sellers.
